"Pretty good order overall"
I ordered from tsochinese.com last night and, the food showed up hot, which I really appreciated. The soup was still steaming and the noodles were nice and warm too. The only thing is, like, the dumplings cooled down a little faster than I expected, so that’s why I’d give it 4 stars. Still, everything tasted good overall and I’d definitely order again

"Delivery range could be better"
The food was good the times I was actually able to order, but the delivery area is kind of frustrating. I’m just outside the zone sometimes, which feels weird because it’s really not that far, well, I guess it might be far for them, but still, it’s annoying on my end.

It’d be a lot more convenient if they added a few nearby neighborhoods to the delivery area. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad experience, actually it’s fine overall, just not the easiest option for me right now

"Decent food, but the delivery was a headache"
The food was okay, nothing really wrong with it, but the delivery experience was frustrating. I ordered from tsochinese.com because I was tired and didn’t feel like cooking, and the delivery time kept changing on me. It still ended up arriving late, and there wasn’t any clear update, so I was just sitting around getting hungrier and checking my phone. Maybe they were slammed or it was just an off night, but for me it didn’t feel very reliable. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed food by a certain time

"Pretty solid for the price tbh"
I’ve ordered from tsochinese a couple times now, and the prices seem fair for what you get. The portions were decent and delivery was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either lol. It’s not perfect, but if you just want a quick Chinese meal, it’s good value overall imo.

"The food was good and..."
The food was good and ordering wasn’t hard or anything, but I do wish the pricing was shown more clearly before checkout. A couple of fees/totals kinda felt like they popped up late, so I had to go back and double check everythng. Overall not a bad experiance, just would be better if the costs were more upfront.

I ordered last week and was happy to see the packaging wasn’t over the top. The food still arrived hot, and I like that they’re making an effort to cut down on waste. Simple thing, but it’s useful and appreciated.

The menu is huge. I kept noticing little patterns in how everything was grouped, which helped a bit, but there were still way more choices than I expected. Definitely the kind of place where you might want a few extra minutes before ordering

Checkout was easy enough, and the discount showed up right away, so there wasn’t any guessing. Happy with the deal, and I’d probably use them again...

"Not sure what happened with my order"
I placed an order and had no idea what was going on most of the time. The tracking link never seemed to work for me, and when I emailed, it took ages to hear anything back. I was just confused and frustrated the whole way through. Probably won’t order again.

"Surprisingly good delivery experience"
I was kind of expecting at least something to be off, because that usually happens with delivery orders, but this went really well. The food showed up hot, which was a nice surprise, and it actually tasted really good. Ordering through the site was simple enough, and the delivery got here faster than I thought it would. I don’t really have anything to complain about this time, so I’d order again

"Nice not having to budget for a tip"

"Meal Was Right, But No Sauce"
The food itself was correct, but they forgot the sauce, which was annoying. They always make it sound like everything will be included and taken care of, but then little stuff like this gets missed. Not the end of the world, but still disappointing.

"Pretty solid options for lighter meals"
I liked that Tso Chinese had some decent options if you’re not trying to order only heavy stuff. It was easy to find veggie dishes and lighter picks, which is nice when you’re ordering with friends and everyone wants something different. I do wish the allergens and spice levels were a little clearer on every item, but overall the food was good and I didn’t feel stuck choosing from just one or two things.

I liked some of the dishes and thought they had good flavor overall, but the sauce leaned a little too sweet for me personally. I can see how someone who enjoys sweeter sauces might really like it, but it just wasn’t exactly my preference.

"Convenient hours, just watch the confirmation time"
I’ve used tsochinese.com a couple times and I do like that it’s available pretty much when I need it. The hours are easy to find, and ordering a little later in the evening wasn’t an issue for me. Just a heads up though: the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected, so don’t wait until you’re starving to place your order. Overall, it worked fine and was easy to use.
